CONVERSION Program TAA40104

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104 provides an industry qualification and competency to deliver quality competency based training and assessment services to industry.

This nationally accredited training program is aimed at people who deliver or wish to deliver training and assessment services in the workplace or on a commercial basis. It is also a mandatory requirement for a person to deliver any part of the DEST / AQTF courses. The qualification is a formal nationally accredited qualification.

Effective training and assessment capability in workplace training is critical, not only to skill development and recognition, but also to recruitment, performance management, supervision and team leadership.

To convert your BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training qualification to the new TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification you must demonstrate competency in the following units.

• TAAENV401A Work effectively in vocational education and training
• TAAENV402A Foster and promote an inclusive learning culture
• TAAENV403A Ensure a healthy and safe learning environment
• TAADES401A Use Training Packages to meet client needs
• TAADEL404A Facilitate work-based learning
• TAADEL403A Facilitate individual learning
• TAAASS403A Develop assessment tools
• TAAASS404A Participate in assessment validation

NOTE: If you have completed BSZ506A and BSZ507A from the Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems qualification you will not need to complete TAAASS403A Develop Assessment Tools.

Delivery

Guardian OHS Systems & Training Group offers this nationally accredited course via a flexible training program of distance / on-line learning so as not to impede the participant’s professional business activities and/or employment commitments. RPL or direct credits are available for those participant’s that can evidence competency in any Units of the course, via prior experience or qualifications.
