The
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104
provides an industry qualification and competency to deliver
quality competency based training and assessment services to
industry.
This
nationally accredited training program is aimed at people who
deliver or wish to deliver training and assessment services in
the workplace or on a commercial basis. It is also a mandatory
requirement for a person to deliver any part of the DEST / AQTF
courses. The qualification is a formal nationally accredited
qualification.
Effective training and assessment capability in workplace
training is critical, not only to skill development and
recognition, but also to recruitment, performance management,
supervision and team leadership.
How Do I Gain the Qualification?
To gain the
Certificate IV in

candidates need to demonstrate

Delivery
Guardian OHS Systems & Training Group
offers this nationally accredited course via a flexible training
program of distance / on-line learning so as not to impede the
participant’s professional business activities and/or employment
commitments. RPL or direct credits are available for those
participant’s that can evidence competency in any Units of the
course, via prior experience or qualifications. Face to Face
delivery in a group/classroom environment is also available.
